    Smoke show! What a difference 26 lbs makes! You look amazing now and your over halfway there and ut's only been about 5 minths!

    Tell us how you did it, how do you stay motivated, how much do you workout?

    Thank you! Believe it or not, I have not worked out once since I started this journey (actually getting a gym membership on Monday, yay!). I've been keeping my calories between 1200-1300 per day, higher protein and low sodium. Portion control and logging as religiously as possible!

    WOw, we have done things so similarly and lost the same amount of weight in about the same time. Congratulations. You look amazing.
