I cannot believe how big I let myself get! Thanks to all the encouragement and wise words from fabulous lovelies of MFP, I've dropped 26lbs and can't wait to see what I look like with another 15-20 gone!

Starting picture taken 2 days before I started MFP on October 1, 2010. 206lbs (EEK!)

    Thank you! Believe it or not, I have not worked out once since I started this journey (actually getting a gym membership on Monday, yay!). I've been keeping my calories between 1200-1300 per day, higher protein and low sodium. Portion control and logging as religiously as possible!

    You have a fabulous body! I don't think you need to lose ANY MORE weight, but I understand how we view ourselves differently than how others see us. I LOVE your outfit too
