My first week of keto, I lost 9lbs. I'm 5'6" and was 173 at the time. It's definitely water weight, but you feel much better. I didn't get keto flu, so I had no issue with consuming under 20g.

I'm looking at the Motiva on amazon. It's cheaper than 100. Does it calculate total calories burned for the day? Have you used it? Every HRM I look at has some really bad reviews and some really good. Too many options! If I order today, I can get it Monday. Just need to really narrow down the options.

I was preparing for the fit test for a month, haha. It was a great workout on it own. I'm not worried about weight gain because I measure BF%. I'll definitely take a look at HRM, thanks!

I make room for cheese. Everyone has something they refuse to give up. But carbs seem easier to give up than fat. Most people think it's too difficult. Yeah, I know, I know. I broke up with milk. But cheese... I just can't. I'm not paleo, but considering for the future. In the mean time, I stay within calories. Nice to meet ya! I was beginning to think that MFP would shun me for saying the word fat out loud, which I enjoy doing.

I understand men who like fat women. I've never had a problem not having a boyfriend when I was fat. But getting off on feeding someone who can't bathe themselves is unsettling. I usually say "to each his own". But this is not one of those times.

Just finished watching Fat Head and I'm sooo delighted. He mentioned his favorite snack (while on a high fat diet, which I'm assuming is Keto from the foods he was consuming) was shredded cheese fried in coconut oil. Well, I happen to have both.... Tomorrow, it's on!

Awesome! That's pretty much the way it works for me. Having to go out and eat is a pain though. Good thing my food scale fits nicely in my purse. Stare all you want! hahaha.
