Thanks ladies! The one I bought actually came with the Advanced DVDs so i'm in luck! Guess i'll be doing 20 weeks! I already know that 90 days will give me amazing results because i cn already feel a ton of difference, and i'm only on Week 6! Definitely can't wait to see the transformation after 20 weeks!

Only you can really answer that question, but I can tell you that if you REALLY want to go to grad school, you should go now and have the babies later. I would recommend looking at the schedule instead of skipping around, and definitely doing "new to class" for at least the first few days. It really helped me. I actually missed a day yesterday but decided to just double up today and do 2 workouts, because if not, i won't have a hrest day until next Wednesday...and that just seems toooo far away!

You will see the difference in inches probably. Try on some of those pants that are less than a size 12 and see how they fit! I was in a size 12 a few weeks before I started the program. Last time I had to do tone/sculpt, I substituted it for Fire 30. I prefer cardio over that right now, but i will need to incorporate it in there somehow someday! LOL

Oh man, I remember my first HIIT! It was horrible! I sweated more after than I did during the whole thing! Yikes! I just did HIIT 25 last night, and literally couldn't catch my breath! Loved the feeling afterwards though!

Yes! I felt the same way! I prefer to have the fire drills because you get to rest! Fire 45EZ was hard...not my favorite!

LOL! Wow, i love the fact that we all feel the same way! I just did FIRE 45 EZ today and the music was good, but i guess i wasn't in the "mood". My back has been killing me! Thank God for hubby giving me a back massage! I can't wait until i have to do fire 45 again!

I think i'm on Week 2 day 6 or 7 today? Wednesday is my rest day! So far...i LOVE it! It pushes me so hard, and i'm always sweating after a workout!

You can actually just add a new exercise to the database. That's what I've done. So i have it labeled accurately for each one because I create a new exercise for each time. Welcome! You are more than welcome to add me as a friend!

When i got on the scale yesterday, it was down 1.2lbs. But then again, I had a good Easter Sunday meal...so i'm going to say I didn't lose any this week and try again for next week! Goal is to be in the 150s by Memorial Day!
