Sounds about accurate, but agree with the above comment. Peel off the skin and I'm sure you lose some calories.

I looove the Kraft Light Raspberry vinaigrette. I think it has about 45 cals per 2 tablespoons. I'm a huge ranch fan, but I love this stuff.

I really like the Jergens natural glow daily firming moisterizer with the gradual tanner in it. It works pretty good. I'm fair so I use the one designed for fair skin. They have improved it since I used it last summer and it's not sticky or stinky anymore. Good Luck! I got it at CVS, but Walmart also carries it.

Low and high calorie days but by the end of the week, its the same number of calories as if you ate a set amount each day.

I buy the instant oatmeal, because I don't know how to prepare the old fashioned kind in the cyclinder and I guess I never really bothered to find out how. Is it easy to prepare at work? I read that some of you mix in protein powder; one scoop?

It didn't make too much difference when I set it to 1lb/week. It's calculating 1,330 Calories / Day. I'll whip out my tape measure and start measuring too. I have increased my weights as well as rotating different cardio machines.

Yes, I had it set at 2lbs loss per week, but obviously I'm not achieving that. I'll go back in and set it to 1lb/week.

I don't associate brown rice with sweet...ewww in my opinion lol. For breakfast the next day, I would dump the leftover rice in my egg beaters and add a few pieces of shredded chicken or the Jimmy Dean turkey sausage. MMMMM

I saw a recipe somewhere that you coat a little of cod with honey and then dip in panko bread crumbs. I want to say the calorie count was under 200. I'm sure if you google it, you could find it. Hope that helps :)
