I saw a recipe somewhere that you coat a little of cod with honey and then dip in panko bread crumbs. I want to say the calorie count was under 200. I'm sure if you google it, you could find it. Hope that helps :)

Im a huge fan of cod, salmon if you dont like the lemon and you can add your own seasoning to it, and bake it... the seasoning will take over the lemon and you really wont taste it.,..

super easy way to do fish, is put in a micro safe dish, add some mild salsa. Maybe a half cup for 1 fillet, cover and micro for about 3 minutes. You can do this with most any white fillet. Add a salad maybe a little rice. yum

I found this through Google. it sounds pretty good :) ill have to try it tomorrow.

    Recipe: Herb-crusted baked cod

    Ingredients

    3/4 cup herb-flavored stuffing
4 cod fillets, each 4 ounces
    1/4 cup honey

    Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Lightly coat a 9-by-13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Place stuffing in a sealed bag. Crush until it has a crumb texture.

Brush the fillets with honey. Discard any remaining honey. Place a fillet in the bag of stuffing. Shake the bag gently to coat the cod evenly. Place the fillet on the baking dish and repeat with the remaining fillets.

Bake until the fish is opaque throughout when tested with the tip of a knife, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
