I had that problem too. With the above advise, I found my touchpad control under control panel > hardware setting > mouse > device settings. I changed the sensitivity using my computer's instructions (it's a Lenovo) and so far it looks like it really helps. Thanks, everyone, that jumping cursor is really frustrating…

Definitely you should do it! I'm almost 58 years old. It was tough, but I made it through doing the modified moves. In a few months, I think I'm going to do it again and try to do the advanced moves (or maybe some of them) Do take before pictures, otherwise, you might be discouraged if you go by what you see on the scale.
