Maybe once a week, more like 2x a month. Just keep lifting, drop the body fat and it will all be there. Good luck!

Everyday. I do not get attached to the number but feel it helps me keep track of the trends and assisted me with learning what foods cause me to bloat or hold extra weight. Plus i think it gives my trend lines the most accurate representation. I can have variance from day to day so if I only did weekly weigh-ins what would…

I eat MCD all the time. Probably more than I would like to admit... but I have always liked how easy it was to find calories and nutritial information on anything they serve. mmmm McDonalds.

^^^ I do the same. BUT... I use the "pots and pans" setting to make sure to get any stubborn dirty food clean.

I eat pretty much anything I want... in moderation. Works for me. But... if you want to avoid something... that is cool too. If it works for you, do your thing.

I do. Every day. I do not stress the day to day change but just use it as information. I can look at averages, look at the foods that cause me to retain water. I figure the more information I have the better educated I am about my body... what can it hurt :)

I think it is... and I have. I do believe that it is more about effort than anything. As long as you have above a 10-12%(for men) (20%+ for women) body fat I believe it can be done. This also depends on how close your eating to your maintnance calories. I agree if you are in an extreme deficit your definatly not going to…
