Like many others, daily first thing after using the bathroom. I log it and it fluctuates but the trend is very valuable and I have learned what foods cause me to hold water weight. I never panic about an up day or get excited about a down day. It is about the long term trend.

I would use it just as an estimate. The more you do an activity the more your body adapts, become more efficient and will use less actual energy. But it is a good start.

For what it is worth your OP works for me. I pretty much agree with all of it as general guidelines and a starting point. Lots of options that will get you to your goal, just be mindful of your body. Understand the give and take, play with your numbers and find what works for you. Best wishes.

Good advice already given. I think that the real key is getting the bf low enough. Some get their sooner than others. This is often caused by fat storage patterns. Some people just store more fat in the core area than others. It will happen but it may take a bit, slow and steady wins the race! Good luck :)

I like eating whatever I want. No problems here. I am not fanatical, I think if it works for you and you are happy have at it. I eat what I want and try to keep my macros in a ballpark.
