  • I still eat even when I'm not hungry but will usually limit it to something smaller or lighter. For example, if I was suppose to have a sandwich, but am not too hungry, I will swap it with an orange or a granola bar. Hope that helps!
  • I think I do the same thing. I have learned the right way to eat and feel extremely guilty whey I am not 'perfect'...I think about it all the time...even when I'm eating. Good luck...I'd love to hear what others have to say on the matter...

  • My trainer tells me that, while I am trying to lose weight, you do not eat your exercise calories. If you are trying to maintain, eat them. Not sure how true this is, but it has worked for me all year long.
