You look great!! I'm in the last week of level 3 and while the scale is not really moving, I've lose a few inches all over and my pants fit better! (winning in my book!) I can also tell I'm much stronger from when first started out. I've slipped up on not eating healthy too here and there but don't give up :)

my friend and I are on day 4, level 1 with taking Sundays off. I almost completed the whole thing last yr but i stopped and got lazy and now i'm paying for it all over again! I can tell I'm less sore than i was on day 1 and 2. Good Luck!

Thanks for posting this is great motivation! Today will be day 10 of Level 1 and I am ready for Level 2! Well hopefully anyway, I just want to do a different rountine finally, I know 10 days is not long but I get bored so I'm happy to move on. it was diced chicken...maybe like 2 cups worth? it was at a bistro so they give you those BIG salads. fruit salsa was mixed in, i would say about 1/2 cup

I just had this happen like 10 minutes ago. A co-worker said that I was getting so skinny and all I could do was laugh/scoff and say "I'm trying", and then I walked away. I admit i am the worst at taking compliments!!
