How much chicken? 4 oz? 6 oz? The cajun seasoning doesn't add cals, so you're probably in the 125-140 range.

How much fruit salsa? A tablespoon or a half a cup?

it was diced chicken...maybe like 2 cups worth? it was at a bistro so they give you those BIG salads. fruit salsa was mixed in, i would say about 1/2 cup

Hard to tell. Even without the dressing , the fruit salsa could have had added sugar.

I'd say in the 300-400 calorie range. A quick Google search brought up this (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calories.asp?recipe=2119714) that breaks down the calories in this version of a Nantucket salad. I'd say log the chicken, mixed greens, and find a fruit salad on the database that looks like it contains similar ingredients - not exact, but it'd be close.
