I think It may be the type of foods you are eating. I see alot of breads and pastas, not alot of veggies or other foods that is really good for you. Staying inside calorie goals will def. make a difference. I would have to agree with drinking more water will help. and maybe a little more cardio?

I have to agree. Everyone does it differently. To me I'd prefer not to eat them back, and will not. Then again, that's why mine is private. Myfitnesspal is for support and uplifiting to keep everyone motivated..If you wanna be nit picky about people trying to help them stay motivated, not eating back calories or not, go…

Maybe you should plan out your meals the night before or the morning before you eat. That way you will make sure you have plenty of calories left throughout the day. That is what I have done since day 1. It works really well (:

I with out a doubt have to agree!! one thing I noticed was you could tell he truly wanted it!! Besides few slipups with eating, he wasnt crying and complaining and drama! his trainer was awesome!! I was like holy cow... It does not even look like the same boy!!!

I like to weigh every day. As well as i track it mostly every day. It just shows daily progress and for me if its up a little ill wanna hit the gym harder. Also when i feel like im about to have a melt down i'll go weigh and tell myself i dont wanna mess that up!

Play the wii with my little brother and sister. Im MGR at a salon, so ill go check on it and waste time up there. (plenty to always do) Chew gum. Get on here and browse around. Call my best friend and god daughter and talk that recently moved few states away.

I did level 1-day 3 this morning as well as walked my usual 2 miles and as of right now i am SO SORE!! every muscle! i was suprised as to how intense this workout was. im afraid to think about moving up ha ha (:

can i join yalls group???? i saw this thread yesterday and went and got the 30 day shred. ha. i usually walk a few miles everyday, but today i did day 2 of level one and my goodness..i didnt expect this dvd to be such a work out!! i really feel like im actually doing something rather than other dvds i have done.
