    kmurphy - Yeah anyone can lose weight. In my case when I started I was aiming to lose over half my body weight. Now its less then half my body weight so it seems more doable. I have a lot to lose so I can't expect instant gratification. It could take me years but eventually I'll get to where I want to be. My road is just a bit longer then some may be.

    your looking great and i used to have those pajama pants. they were a victim to my fat butt. i was so sad when one day my butt ripped them when i went to pick something up.
