  • No doubt, you look fantastic. What I hope changed more though is the personal issues that were happening a year ago vs. today. Weight loss and notability are great as long as your inner person changes with that. I sincerely wish you fantastic mental, physical & emotional health to go with your awesome physical…
  • I have the same problem. Make sure you are taking your measurements. You might be suprised what you find. Be sure you don't "hold it in" and take the measurement at your "natural" waist line. If it werent for the inches I can measure for loss I feel that when I look at my stomach it hasn't gone anywhere. Taking…
  • Spray nonstick spray on your pan. Cook in the oven approx 375 degrees. Place it on the pan and sprinkle butter buds, lemon pepper seasoning, and a bit of garlic powder on top according to how much seasonings you like. Bake until cooked completely. It's so simple and so tasty. Good luck, and I'm very envious of you right…

  • I use it daily with my my meal replacement shake mix (Body by Vi).
  • I like fish that doesn't smell or tast like fish.... LOL..... I love halibut but it can be pricey and sometimes hard to find in the midwest. My second choice is haddock. With either one I love to put it on a cookie sheet and cover it with butter buds, lemon pepper seasoning and bit of garlic powder. Bake it on about 380…
  • I have one on my right leg, just above the ankle bone, one on my left leg on the back just above the ankle. I just had one on the back of my neck enhanced and added to and I just had one done on the top of my left foot. I have always said I wanted another when I reached my goal but I didn't wait. Not sure what I'll do when…

  • LOOK AT YOU!!!!! OUTSTANDING JOB!
  • Your bigger concern would be if you were coming in under the protein goal levels. Protein is a good thing so don't worry about that category. You want your fibers and proteins. Categories to be more concerned about exceeding would be carbs and sugars.
  • for me the best work out music to get me moving is from Black Eyed Peas, Daddy Yankee, Beyonce, Pitbull, Rihanna(some), *****cat Dolls, and if I want to go a lil old school, La Bouche, Micheal Jackson, TLC and some good soundtracks are Honey, Fast & Furious and Step Up 2........... just some general ideas, hope they help!
  • Hi all! I joined MFP in June and have since lost 16lbs, total of 26 since March. I would like to loose another 75lbs and maintain that. This site has helped put food intake and exercise into perspective for me and I love it! If I lose more than another 75lbs then thats just all bonus! Feel free to add me!!!
  • You are smoking girl! I saw the earlier pictures and thought how pretty you are! You are very inspiring to have such success in such a short time. I appreciate you sharing your story!
  • If you like to dance, rythm or not, I highly recommend Zumba. You don't need to be coordinated like people may think. Also, it's easy to adjust the steps to particular physical limits you may have. You will find there are a number of common steps used in the routines and they may alter them slightly with each song but you…
  • Hi all! I am a fairly recent newbie and any of you are welcome to add me as a friend. I cannot boast enough about MFP and how helpful it's been. I lost weight prior to MFP and then plateaued. Since I signed up I have lost another 13lbs. If nothing else this site really makes me aware of portion sizes and having contact…
  • Hi all! I am fairly new to the site and I am loving it. MFP makes me feel more in control and aware of what I am eating but more importantly the amount I eat. I am 41 and want to get my weight in check so I can enjoy my "golden years"!
  • I recently posted the same question and so far I don't have an answer. It was always my understanding to lose weight you want to burn as many of the calories that you consume which is kind of the thought process I have maintained. Personally, I would tell you those calories "gained" aren't to give you room to eat more. If…
  • I definately agree about the exercise. I had gotten into Zumba pretty heavily last year and lost almost 40 lbs. Not only did the inches come off with the weight I just felt better and had more flexibility and energy. I didnt even watch my diet as much during that time. I ended up needed a noninvasive hip surgery which…
  • Hi all! I am 41 and the mother of a 20yr old son and grandmother to a 16 month old grandson. I work at a desk all day for a utility company in my area. I am always looking to learn from others and I would love to get more into exercise and healthy eating. Feel free to add me!
  • Born and raised in Iowa until 8yrs ago when I moved to the South Bend, Indiana area.
  • I'm game! I signed on not quite two weeks ago and I'm still figuring things out on MFP so I would love to get connected with fellow MFP'ers
