9/25/19 Yes/yes/yes 11450 steps all during my 12 hour shift at work. Feet aching. Sticking with my 10000 a day goal. Met my goal daily past week. Reading all your posts and motivated.

9/24/19 Yes/yes/yes 10418 steps just ran around the house, in place, and jogged on rebounder for 45 minutes to get 10000 steps. Wet with sweat now. Time to relax and drink some water. Should sleep well tonight.

9/23/19 Yes/yes/yes Steps 18045. Fitbit says 88 flights of stairs. We went on waterfall road trip and had multiple steps up and down. Beautiful fall day in upper Michigan.

Tracked yes. Under cal goal yes. Exercise yes. 9/16 and 9/17 10575 steps. Water 6 cups. Question of the day. I wake up at 0430 for work and sleep well most nights. I don’t wake up hungry honestly. I do need to find a healthy bedtime go to snack however. A handful of walnuts sounds good. I’m inspired by all of you.
