I'm 5'1 and I'm going by what the BMI calculator suggests, 132, as a healthy weight range for my age and height. I have about 55 more pounds to go to achieve this goal. I used to be weary of the BMI chart but I'm not anymore because I am not an athlete. I think I will be happy at 140 pounds.

I can see why you're hungary today. If I skip my carbs I feel really hungar, especially in the morning. I would skip the smoothie and have toast for breakfast with the eggs instead.
