I had the same problem so I tried another heart rate monitor that I have and it told me the same thing. I just don't burn calories like I use to when I was heavier. I upped my calories because I thought maybe I was low on energy.

im wondering the same thing. I started weight training 3 weeks ago and my scale went up 2 pounds. Im just going to put the scale away for now.

It could be sodium. Give yourself 6 weeks and then see if any weight comes off. I know how you feel. I calculated my tdee also so Ive been eating more and have gained two pounds. Im going to give it 6 weeks tho before I make anymore changes.:smile:
