What is this move called??? Help?

So I've seen people grab onto a pole/post/vertical bar of some sort and lift themselves up and out away from it (horizontally to the pole) like a flag. Is there a name for that move? I'm making a goal to be able to do it. Thanks!

    It's called a flagpole. There are different types too: half flag, Chinese flag to name a couple.
