Spreadsheet fixed so the final column will show total weight loss. I can add rolling weight loss if anyone is interested as well? Also added a tab to keep track of penalties, water etc. If anyone wants to use it :) #spreadsheetgeek.

Get them resized...it's best to make sure they fit! I got mine resized after 25lb and I've another 10-15 to go, but I was so paranoid about losing them!

My weigh-in day is Saturday, plus I'm in the UK so a few hours ahead of everyone (I think) so I've got it started...

Personally, I need motivation not to eat enough to feed half the UK! :D I eat the good stuff, then more stuff, then some bad stuff!! One idea could be penalties - for every 100 calories I'm over my net goal, I have to do 10 push-ups... It would make cheat days less epic, that's for sure!!

Hi everyone, since my "last 7-10lb to lose" has somehow (via peanut M&Ms and cake :o ) become my "last 15-20lb to lose", I need something to get me back on track and to stop the weight creeping up again!
