Get to within my helathy BMI range. Been yo-yoing for too long now! Would also like a half-marathon PB, but I'm not sure i have the courage to set it as a goal.

My resolution last year was to scale back to being a b!tch only one day a week. Not a specific day, just a random day.
This has worked out so well that I'm repeating it again for 2017!
I'm thinking of adding a resolution to make a phone call to at least one family member a week.

Sounds good man, about the same as you, although I really need to be more productive.

Perhaps you could work on modesty? ;)

I prefer to live out loud :)

    1) Continue my fitness program and hit a 250 lb. squat, work on hypertrophy and have abs by summertime
    2) Prioritize better; put friends and family before everything else (also, being less OCD is part of this)
    3) Take initiative more
    4) Be more positive and confident
