This sounds familiar! Have some extra days off over Easter and want to get back on track. This time reaching out to some like minded people. I like Pinterest for food ideas. Please add me if you like!

Looking at the first 30 right now to get into one-der-land (again). At least another 30-40 after that. Feel free to add me!

Congrats! I finished week 5 day 3 today. That is the 20 mins no walking intervals. I expected it to be so hard. The next thing I knew I had less than 8 mins to go! I too never thought I would be a runner but now I know it ill be a part of my life for as long as I can still do it!!

Holy man!! I have rarely seen a more drastic before and after on here. And I am on here a lot!! It is like two different women in those pictures. I guess it is really. What an inspiration you are! Thanks for posting.

I think it's because unless you hit it really hard, cals burned can be pretty low. There is a strength training option under cardio. It will give u 175 cals burned for 45 mins. I try to estimate low. If I am there for an hour, I put in for 35 mins to account for swapping weights , drinking water and resting etc. hope this…

Bump? I will bump it once to see. I'm shocked there aren't SNAP members on here! My location is packed all the time. It's 24 hrs. It's cheap and month to month with no contract. Also, best damn PT's ever....that might vary by location tho  The six week fitness challenge is once a year at SNAP and there are great…

I find MFP to be less confusing. I liked the WW recipes and emails. I like not paying for MFP. It's one of the reasons I won't pay for Jillian Michaels App. I get the same stuff here for free. Also, no product pushing. It's actually not allowed here. That makes me happy.

I'd never heard of it. I googled. Opinions seem generally positive. I use LIVESTRONG quite a bit. Here is their opinion: http://www.livestrong.com/article/403964-precision-nutrition-diet/ I personally think u don't really need to pay for a system. The information is out there. Use MFP and read and learn...and workout :)…

I have no tattoos. I've been considering a baby dragon hatching as my reward for reaching my goal.

Wow!! Great work!!

I tried to start at 1200 in the beginning too. It was an exercise in frustration. It's not enough, and in the future if you need to create a deficit in calories you have no where to go. I used a calorie calculator (I think there is one on MFP but I googled one) to figure out how many calories I was using just to basically…

One hour with my PT is $60. I'd use the rest for digital food scale. Would die without mine.

OMG what a great story! Thank you for posting that. The little people in our lives really know just what to say, don't they? You did win. And by posting this you are helping other people win. I'm gong to run a 5 K in June. Thanks for a little bump in my resolve!
-
Thank you for sharing this! Such a blessing, and such perspective. Much luck to you!

Exactly!

Love this. It's amazing how other people see us.

Thanks :). I never thought I'd be a runner. I would see people running and wish I could do it. I'm on my way :) 5 K in June for the Fallen Four here in Alberta, Canada. That's what I'm hoping to run in :)

Awesome NSV! That is like winning the lottery twice! Mine is running on the treadmill this morning and being kind of annoyed because I'm doing the couch to 5 k training and it wasn't getting my heart rate up high enough......and then realizing I was RUNNING ON THE TREADMILL.....I can remember wanting to be one of the…
