When I was a child, I loved looking at my Mom's scarab bracelet. About five years before she passed away, she gave it to me. It no longer fit her wrist. To my chagrin, it didn't fit mine, either. Well, I take that back. I could wear it, as long as I didn't mind having the circulation cut off to my hand....
Today, while cleaning, I happened across the bracelet. Still beautiful. Just for kicks, I tried it on. It fits! And if I drop my arm, it slides down! When I raise my arm, it slides back up! It is comfortable! And every time I look at it, it brings back nice memories of Mom.
