I like to eat my lunch and drink my dinner. Typically I will have a My Fit Foods lunch which as fresh, healthy prepackaged meals. If I cook for myself I like grilled chicken or shrimp in a salad or in a wrap.

Most races do not allow iPODS or MP3 so check if you plan to bring one. It is not a good idea to use one regardless. It is a safety concern and for a 9K, I doubt you will need it. I lost about 4 inches but they were where I wanted them, waist 2 inches and hips 1 inch. I feel so much stronger in my upper body. I am finishing up week 1 of Phase 2.

Have some fruit with FF whipped topping and don't stress about not hitting the exact number of calories. It is OK to be under by a few calories. I try not be be over or under 100 of my daily limit.

I've used mapmyrun and mapmyride but did not know about mapmyfitness. I'll have to go check it out. Most of the comments that I read on the message board is that the calories burned on MFP are higher compared to other methods they use. MFP is high than my Garmin for biking and running.

The Today Show had a segment on "the right bra" yesterday. The used back fat as one of the examples. What a difference the right bra makes. I suggest a professional bra fitting. It will do wonders for the front and back:wink:

If youa re going to remove the bread form the bread, just get a salad. I think the packet of crackers that they give you with it is about 45 calories.

Try to limit the drinks to prevent the hangover and save the calories. I know easier said than done. Have your heard of Chasers? I did 2 sprints and 2/3 of an Olympic. The swim was cancelled because the water was too rough. I am doing another sprint this weekend and an Olympic in August. A structured training plan works for me. I'm interested in everyone's tips too. The bike is my worst part. Good luck!

I am a snacker! Usually around 10, 2 and maybe 7-8 if I still have calories to eat. My favorites are fruit, hummus, air-popped popcorn, cottage cheese, Laughing Cow cheese. Going for my 10 am snack now. I think I will have an apple.

I think it would be dumb of them not to put some kind of copy protection on disks but I have not tried it. Why don't you ask your friend to come join you to workout? This way you can motivate each other to press play everyday.
