I started having cheat days once a week after 3 weeks. Just as long as you only have one once a week to every other week I think it should be fine.

All those sarcastic comments... how original. Anyway, it sounds like what you should do it balance your diet a little, and just be more active. Try riding a bike again. That might be all you need. Some people see a lot of success just from adding exercise.

I'm different. I like the attention. I am shy about it, but it makes me feel good. I am working hard, and I have lost 65 pounds, but people are JUST NOW noticing haha. I am so excited about the future. The only thing that upsets me is how people are starting to tread me differently. Even friends.

Healthy eating is about the same for me too. However, it also depends on where you live. Some places healthy food cost a lot more.

Thanks for posting this. I started at 342, but I currently weight 278. Not much different from where you started. I know every one is different, but I thin at 5'9 I should look similar in size when I hit 180 or 175. 180 is my goal.
