Been Cutting down but
I've been cutting down on my eating but I haven't really seen a lot of results. I've been kind of stuck and I just need motivation. I should be losing at least 2 pounds a week but I'm lucky to lose that a month.

Why am I losing so slow?
Ok heres the deal. I have been on my weight loss journey for a little over 5 weeks. I lost 9 pounds the first week. (Water I guess) Then I lost a couple the next week, but ever since I have only been losing like 1 pound here .8 there and so on. I have been counting my calories. Any tips guys?

I binged today.
I always have a cheat day, but today it turned into a binge. I have over 4k calories. I am really bloated. I have bloated over 4lbs. I am going to be back on track tomorrow, but the bloat has me feeling horrible. How long will it take to flush the sodium out? I am drinking water as I type this out haha.

I am currently 276.8. I am morbidly obese. The last few weeks I have had very small losses. Here is the last three weeks. .8lbs lost 1.2lbs lost .6 pounds lost. Wii Fitness plus
I have been doing wii fitness plus for the last few days. I did not realize mfp had those workouts on the exercises you can log! I am so happy. How many of you all workout with the wii? I am doing it pretty often, but I am also walking, and cycling too.

The small things!
I got into my 8th and 9th grade pants today. Its so weird how the styles have changed. I weight 278 right now. At my highest in high school I got up to like 307. My highest as an adult was 342 in 2008. Wow. I want to get down to 250 by my birthday and 100 pounds lost by christmas!

Problem with sodium
Ok, so I am planning my meals for tomorrow, and I can't help but to go over on my sodium. Any ideas for low sodium foods for main dishes and snacks?

Adding more Carbs
I have been eating 50 to 60 carbs a day for almost 3 months. I am trying to add more carbs to my diet. Is it a good idea to jump to eating 100 carbs without having to worry about gaining weight?

Cheat day vs Cheat meal.
I have been on my weight loss journey for a while now. I was just wondering if I should keep having a cheat day once a week, or start cutting them down to just a cheat meal. I have lost 36 in the past 2 months. Some one said not to change anything unless I start seeing a plateau.
