ohh Nooo! I could never survive on 600-900cals with exercise.... I'm not very religious in logging my food i just logged what i wasnt sure about... I got measured with calipers at the gym, they said they're pretty accurate.

I am not comparing any diet to anorexia....your missing the point and question asked and throwing irrelevant answers. its not about ME or my habits, its a question about starvation mode and why it "doesn't" kick in if your anorexic but continue to lose weight until one is skin and bones while ppl who exercise and eat…

so the explanation that our bodies go into starvation and u end up not losing at all is just a myth to prevent ppl from using extreme diets for weight loss resulting in muscle loss but not that u actually wont lose weight its just unhealthy...

I had lots of salty junk food(kfc, mcdonalds, salted popcorn...) and lots of carbs probably why the scale went crazy! I hope it does get flushed out soon!

Thanks i'll try them next time i go to gym. I want to look good without clothes, firm up my butt and increase strength....I'm eating at 20% deficit and lifting 5-8rep range

I feel extremely nauseas if I eat fatty food, I don't like avocados and I'm allergic to nuts. I have oily skin and my dermatologist recommended I cut down fat and it has helped big time! I'm horrible with carbs! Once I start eating them I don't stop! Rice, bread potatoes especially potato salad! Other day I finished a loaf of bread with peanut butter and jam I just cudnt stop eating! Its easier to eliminate them until I can learn to discipline myself...
