Maybe if you stole some of her weight and put it on yourself she'd be okay. Didja ever think of that? Huh?

I only lost band size. I went from a 38DD to a 34DD-36DD (depending on brand).

Maybe it's just the family I brought up in but I'm used to treating holiday eating like regular day eating. We never really did the big meals or anything. So I would say do your best and treat your food intake as you normally would-- if you want something that's calorie heavy, make room for it. Fill up on healthier foods…

Well I do pretty much all the cooking so... normally I guess.

Oh, you're curious about her circumstances huh? It's too bad you don't have internet access so you can look up all this information you are just so curious to have. Google is your friend!

Why is it that people treat food as an all or nothing type of deal? For pretty much everyone (yes, there are outliers), sugar isn't going to wreak havoc on your health. If you want to limit your added sugar intake, go ahead, but cutting out all sugar isn't at all practical or necessary to maintaining a healthy diet. You…

Because people like to find insult where none was intended and tackle that "issue" instead doing anything productive.

Add in cracked peppercorns, fresh basil, sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, green onions, and goat or feta cheese. My favorite would be with lots of kimchi, chopped spicy peppers, and sriracha sauce.

Pointing out hypocrisy? *gasp!* How rude!

The American Journal of Nutrition appears to disagree with you. Study: http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/79/5/899S.full

I accept everyone. If we don't talk much or just don't mesh, I can go delete later.

Potassium supplements or high potassium foods (ex. bananas) pre and/or post work outs. Mayo Clinic also recommends adding magnesium and calcium to your diet.

He's just one of the best people I've ever met in my life. He's intelligent, he makes me laugh every single day (sometimes even on purpose!), he bags and boards my comics cause I'm too lazy... all in all, just about perfect. And I... have an awesome rack and make delicious food.

Try adding potassium supplements (or just eating bananas) pre and/or post work out. If it's an issue with muscle cramps, the potassium will take care of it.

I try to eat lots of vegetables to get my fiber. Brocolli and hummus are almost a daily consumption for me.

Oh no they don't. Nobody seems to know how to use coupons. And apparently, expiration dates on the coupon are only visible to the cashier you keep trying to push it off on. Read people, READ!

I like black coffee, sometimes I add a little stevia. I also love chai, green, jasmine, and Thai teas, brewed very strongly without any milk or sweeteners. While I prefer them without milk (I don't care for milky drinks), the chai and Thai teas are yummy with milk and a bit of sweetener. And of course, if you're feeling…

Unless you have a medical reason to limit sugar, don't worry too much about it-- it won't derail your diet. If you just want to track it, the American Heart Association recommends limiting *added* sugars to 9 teaspoons a day for men and 6 teaspoons a day for women (or about 100 -150 calories worth of added sugars per day).…

If you take in less calories than you burn, you will not gain weight. Even if you actually starve yourself, you won't gain weight. It's true that starving yourself wrecks your metabolism (in addition to a host of other serious problems, so you know, don't starve yourself) but it doesn't matter-- metabolism can not slow…

"At the end of the day". Mostly because of how much I hear it used. I used to rather dislike pet names as well (hun, sug, sweetie, etc), but then I moved to the south and of course, I find myself using them on people without thinking about it now. I will not cave for "ya'll" though. I. Will. Not.

Hey, you're working on changing your situation. There's no point in dwelling on it-- it happened, put it past you, and keep working toward your goal. Be proud that you're putting in the hard work!

It's mostly body composition-- my mother is 5'5 and about a size 16 and her thighs don't touch at all, I'm a size 6/8 and mine sort of touch, and my cousin is a size 4 with thighs that touch. Your thighs will likely get smaller as you drop pounds, but whether your thighs touch or not isn't a useful indicator of healthy…

I haven't really changed shape. I'm the same shape, just smaller. Don't stress so much. I'll bet you'll be much more confident in how your body looks as you lose weight and feel better about yourself; that's what happened with me. You can try doing pilates and various other exercises though (Google a few and try them out…

were Yup. The special also had a note that the whole special was fictitious in the credits. I believe they also credited the actors hired to play their "expert NOAA scientists". And yet, people still demanded NOAA release all that evidence about all the mermaids they found. Smh

Alan Moore is a fantastic writer; everything I've ever read has been a hit for me. I love him. Walking Dead is pretty good-- especially by the time you hit the fourth trade. You should pick up Frank Miller's Daredevil run, The Dark Knight Returns(not it's sequel though! Trust me, I'm saving your brain), and Year One. And…
