Yes some people do treat you differently than they did before most have been mentioned in earlier posts But has anyone experienced friends being jealous of the new slim you? I have been quite surprised by two so called female friends who, although appear to be happy for me, actually say things like " I'll make sure you…

Prawns or fish are a good choice or the dryer curries You can substitute chipati for rice so offsetting some cals and carbs. One papa pappadum is about 80 cals Enjoy it then watch ur intake later in week!!

Love it when someone 'stirs the pot'. But don't think he is OK if he thinks us Brit girls are prudes - he clearly has never crossed the pond and dipped his toes in!

Isn't it a shame that in the 21 st Century society still labels people on their sexual orientation which is such a small ( but important) part of who we are? When I was a little girl it was actually illegal to be a "homosexual" but only if you were a man!? I know is some parts of the so called Modern World, yes you USA,…

The only comment I would give is whatever food you eat make sure that not only does it contain the right number of calories, protein etc but it is something you would always eat as many failed weight loss is due to such drastic food choice changes that you slip back into bad ways and the weight piles on plus more (voice of…

Oops sorry was mush brain earlier! Yep made a boobie Thanks for rectifying ignore old Grandma brain :)

My understanding s that you need about 500cals per feed so if ur nursing 6 times that uses 3000 cals. Not sure how you can input with MFP but if you know your calorific daily level just add the extra cals per number of feeds? Sorry didn't know exactly. Enjoy the baby and the experience as its so special :)

Please OP read all this good advice, its fantastic that you've decided to change your life and lose weight and get healthy but if you are in it for the long haul the advice on MFP by many of the 'experienced' posters is invaluable. Good luck!
