This sounds like me after NYE. It was AWFUL! Couldn't even hold down water. I say sleep and ginger ale. Maybe try saltines if you are able to keep down the ginger ale. Time is the best cure for a hangover!

I definitely do! I usually eat about 8 servings of fruit/veggies a day! Love 'em.

Great job!

This movie, Omnivore's Dilemna, The China Study, and Anti-Cancer really changed how I look at food. I think it has to do with a lot more than animal cruelty.

Awesome job! I've just gotten back into running and have made it to 3.4 miles so far. Can't wait to get to 6+!

I'm 5'4 and wear a 10 now. I was wearing a 12 when I started (at mid 180s). I would love to get down to a 4 or 6. Its been about 9 years since I've worn a 6 (even at 120 I couldn't fit into a 4). You all are very inspirational!

Eat more fruit and veggies!

I've got the same issue. I'm a 34G (!!) right now. They definitely got bigger as I gained weight, however, I've never had a small chest. I've always been at least a 34DD even when I was at my smallest - 125 or so.

How exciting. Great job!

Mmm Tea! I drink one or two cups of green tea a day (for the antioxidants). Also really like mint green tea or plain mint tea. Creme Caramel is really good as a desert with a little bit of honey/agave nector and half and half although I don't see it in stores anymore, I have to order it online from Stash Teas.

You look great! Love the dress and red heels.

Congrats! You look great.

I've noticed this too....I don't have a HRM but I use the amount listed on the cardio machine vice that in MFP. I know that might be high as well but is hopefully closer to being accurate.

Wow, what a transformation. You look great!

Green tea has more antioxidents. I enjoy both. I think what's bad for you is the sugar (and sometimes cream) that people put in them!

I like to freeze bananas and then put them in the food processor. Turns into a yummy banana ice cream. No milk/cream needed. So good!

I drink Stash green tea with matcha. I haven't noticed anything different between it and the regular green tea I used to drink!
-
I make a smoothie most mornings and have it in the car - frozen berries, almond milk, fat free greek yogurt and a little bit of sugar, agave nector, or honey. Only takes a minute to make!

Nice! I can't wait to be thin enough to wear jeggings!!

I agree with everything in moderation and I'll still have the occasional piece of chocolate or candy, however, I try and do so in moderation. After reading the book Anti-Cancer (after losing a few family members to cancer) and doing my own research, I tried to revamp my diet and eat mostly whole foods (and mostly…

I make these mini-crustless quiches with egg whites, spinach, onion, goat cheese or feta (or whatever veggie/cheese I have in the fridge). They are supper fillng because of the egg and there is veggies in there for fiber as well. I calculated them to be about 60 calories each. Yum!

You look great and can definitely see it in your arms and face!

Great job! You can definitely see the weight loss.

This is so interesting...for the longest time, I was a size 8 (or even 7 1/2). I gained some weight over the past few years and all of a sudden, the 8s were tight and I had to start buying 8 1/2s. Guess I gained weight in my feet too! Looking forward to getting back into my size 8 shoes.

I like them in my smoothies!

Good job!

Hi, welcome! I'm new as well and at about the same starting point. I am 5'4 and started at 181. I've lost 4 pounds in my first week. If you stick with it, it really works! Good luck
