This morning I made it to the healthy BMI weight range! :noway: It's really hard to believe that I made it here. I still have a little ways to go before I'm at my final goal but today sure is a big day! One year ago today I was 195 and I've lost 40 pounds! I sure am glad I found MFP at the end of April cause without the structure and support I'd still be wishing I'd done something to change.
