  • Its ok it will start to even out when I started MFP suggested 1820 but with the 17 day diet i was averaging about 1000-1300 calories and on the higher end only if I absolutely pushed myself, you can customize your calorie goal if its still showing a huge difference

The sad part is we can't make someone else get healthy if they don't want it for themselves, you could try sitting him down and telling him exactly how you're feeling and depending on how that comes out you can see where you need to go from there, good luck!!

  • only two starches so you could have the oatmeal for breakfast and chili or the sweet potato for lunch. try to have your carbs before 2 p.m. so that you have more time to burn them off so later in the evening your body will be in a fat burning mode.

  • @Classyhoney, Cycle 1 and cycle 2 are pretty similar so if you want to extend cycle 1 its fine, finished my grocery shopping today and filled out my starting info in the workbook I'm ready to restart cycle 1.
