Jenna My Numbers: SW: 274.2lb CW: 274.2lb GW September: 266lb LTGW: 130lb Really gets me down that I've been on this site on and off for 12 years now, and still I'm fighting the same fight, only it's got so much harder in the last year or two- I used to be about 244 at my worst, but now it's got way worse. Starting to feel…

If he's trying to lose weight as well, it could also sound as though he's putting his own feelings and insecurities about his own weight loss journey onto you? Change is a difficult thing, so maybe it's also his way of thinking 'if she doesn't make the effort to lose weight, I don't have to either'. Sadly (and it's easier…

Generally it's one thing after another, even when they're not linked, it's like one thing will get better, and the next will start immediately (apparently my body is just a never-ending train of pain!) At the last week it was an ear infection, and the day after that cleared up, I started waking up with a stiff, painful…

In short? Yes. So long as I'm within my calories, honestly I'll let myself eat whatever the heck I want. I'll still be losing weight. Plus, the second you start looking at it as a "diet" rather than a lifestyle change, that's the moment most people fail - they lose the weight, they stop "dieting", and then they put it all…

Didn't know about this! Dreading all the steps I've missed out on when out shopping! (Though I guess I counteracted them with the ones I picked up when driving back from the shops before I found out about Drivebit lol)

Thanks! Have joined the group now :) And thanks to StaciMarie1974 and ritzvin for the explanations!

25 and looking to lose 100, hey there

People, I think some of you are being FAR too aggressive to people who just have an opinion! If someone is losing weight by NOT eating their exercise calories, then good for them. If they ARE eating them and still losing, the same applies. If that's how they want to lose weight, and it works for them, why snap at them and…

Same here! Would love to add any cosplayers :)

I'm going to a Once Upon a Time con in May, dressing as Red Riding Hood and the Queen of Hearts - terrified I won't look good in the outfits!

I'm up late as a rule, so my rule is normally no food after 9. Each meal has to be around 300 calories. No eating before a weigh in. No eating in my room. No using a large plate. Wow, I have more rules than I thought lmao xD

I have in the past made up for the next day when it comes to eating. I went out this evening, and had a little more after I got home as I'd had a very long train journey, so to make up for it tomorrow I plan on being as careful as possible.

I'm in! Starting at 221 from the last day of September!

Yay!

I love this! I also saw this on someone's blog once and favourited it, and look at it when I want a pick-me-up! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/HawaiianDreamer/view/what-have-you-lost-65922

I went with Crazy In Love - Beyonce!

I've had this happen to me before, an ex boyfriend trashed me in an oral report he delivered, and posted up his notes online, calling me fat, and needy, and it was heartbreaking as I thought we ended things on good terms. I confronted him, and he told me he wasn't sorry for what he said, and a few years later, apologised…

I used to have 110lbs to lose - but now I'm down to having 64lbs to lose!

A great message! A similar thing happened to me last week. After having a bad day, I had a high calorie chicken and bacon sub, a chicken pasta salad, and a doughnut for dinner - and lost 2lb! I think it shocks your metabolism into getting moving!
-
Congrats! Had a similar experience myself. When clothes shopping I normally buy the biggest size they have, but went shopping for some new clothes on Friday, and found myself fitting into the next size down, sometimes 2 sizes down!

I only know from experience, that when my weight loss slowed down/stopped for a few weeks, I started noticing I was usually 7-15 over protein most days. Now I keep a strict check on my protein, and I'm back to losing 2lb a week
