Can anyone recommend how I can get my body moving/start exercising at 270lb? All the workout videos expect me to stretch and be able to do all these different things that my body just can't do, and it's instantly overwhelming and too humiliating to do, so I need someone that's been there that can tell me what's possible…

Good Workout Routines for 250lb-ers?
Does anyone know of any good workouts for someone as heavy as 250? It feels as though everything I try (even those claiming to be for very beginners, with any body type or fitness level) feels impossible. Hello! I've been a member here on and off for two years now. Lost an AMAZING amount of weight before (the lowest I got to was 199!), but slowly stress and overeating has crept me back up to the 221 mark, and I'm DEVASTATED. Do you record weight gain?
I've had a bad few weeks (but going to fix it starting today!) and I've put on for the last two weeks. I didn't record this on MFP in case seeing my weight climbing instead of going down would dishearten me. With the fitness games I have, I'm told how many calories I've burnt, but given how much burn I feel, and how much I sweat when I play them, I feel like I'm burning more than it claims. Therefore, should I be using their built in calorie counter, or my own HRM?

Question about water retention
