To be honest I'm not even sure. For some of the restaurants in Japan I don't even want to see the English menu because I'm afraid if I know what it is I won't try it lol

It's looking really good for me to make my March 15th goal and I'm so excited! I've just decided to move back home in three weeks (I've been in Japan for a year and a half) and I know the transition will make it hard for me to keep up. Good luck everyone!

Just over a year.

I want to share my experience with you. 1. Almost everyone I know that moved out at 18ish moved back in with their parents at some point. This includes friends and family. 2. Despite what people think or what people tell you there is no age where you MUST be out on your own. When I say this I refer to the typical hit 18…

This is what I was going to say. I have sleep apnea so with all the research I've done I'm a huge advocate of getting enough GOOD sleep. Your body does a lot of catching up when you sleep including those that issyfit mentioned

Do we want to set St Patrick's day for our next milestone? I unfortunately didn't make my valentine's day goal but it has just motivated me to push twice as hard. How is everyone doing? What are you doing to stay motivated?

I'm really glad you got him back in one piece, though I do feel for you for the...unpleasant (to say the least)...situation in which he returned. I hope you both make it through this better off, learning etc. Maybe this will be the push he needs to get help? Just remember it's ok for you to be angry about this, just don't…

Me too. Hoping for the best for all three of them.

I'm 5'3" and I was getting results similar to yours. My last two 30DS days I burned an average of 533 (level 1 & according to my HRM)

Stay motivated and you can make your goals realities! What motivates you? I am motivated by want to get in better shape so I can keep up with my 3 year old goddaughter and my nephews (6&8)

Congratulations! I'm not going to make mine but I have been eating healthier and getting in more veggies. Yesterday I was walking around for several hours at a festival, followed by a walk to an aquarium, followed by walking around downtown Hiroshima (currently living in Japan). I didn't eat as well as normally (by a long…

Update! So the past two days have been horrible eating for me. I was staying out of town over night after a long train ride and I ended up having dinner at a curry restaurant. Probably too much dinner. Followed by a night of not sleeping well and catching an early train home. When I got home I was so...bleh...that I rolled…
