  • I have had horrible pain in my lower abdomain while running. I wasn't due for my period and didn't have the pain when I stopped running. It happend to me twice, two days in a row. That was a few weeks ago and it hasn't happened since, i'm hopeing it never happens again!!
  • I use my food scale everyday!! I would be lost without it.
  • I LOVE H&M!! When i was living in NY I always went to the one in Manhattan. They have all different size clothes and aren't insanely priced. They have a lot of trendy stylish clothes.

  • if you don't have weights you could always use a pound of flour or sugar to weigh and check the scale.
