skin regenensis question

since i have lost a lot of weight now (and hopefully to lose a lot more) i have noticed parts of my body start to sag and the skin be loose, stretch marks re appearing and things like that.
i do a lot of weight training and use lotion everyday, i have some collagen lotion. i also drink a lot of water.
My problem spots are tummy, upper thighs, upper arms.
People keep telling me I am young and it will tighten up on its own but i am concerned it won't.
Short of plastic surgery I don't know what to do to help this.
Does anybody have any advice?
