since i have lost a lot of weight now (and hopefully to lose a lot more) i have noticed parts of my body start to sag and the skin be loose, stretch marks re appearing and things like that.
i do a lot of weight training and use lotion everyday, i have some collagen lotion. i also drink a lot of water.
My problem spots are tummy, upper thighs, upper arms.
People keep telling me I am young and it will tighten up on its own but i am concerned it won't.
Short of plastic surgery I don't know what to do to help this.
Does anybody have any advice?

I have the same problem! My arms and stomach are a big problem for me. Even my 6 year old sister notices...she tells me my stomach looks like a sad face if i change in front of her :sad: I feel like i have to buy a size bigger in jeans just because the upper part of my stomach is all streatched out, floppy and nasty looking. forget about sleevless shirts, don't think that'll ever happen for me. it's sooo frustrating, all this hard work to lose weight and then you have to worry about skin and stretch marks. ughhh!! :grumble:0
