How did you burn that many calories??

I thought about that. I am healthy, but NOT happy with my body. I never actually set a goal for myself, I based it on how I looked/feel. I know that my body could stand to lose the 5 lbs, I can hold it on my hands... Lol

I am a small frame so 140 would be too big for me. Im not sure how to explain what I want my body to look like. I guess we all have this vision of what we WANT to look like, but our bodies are going to do what it wants:grumble:

120 sounds skinny, but I am only 5'3" so on an average I can range from 104-120 lbs...

Yup!! That's exactly what I started to do and now im RUNNING on the treadmill. I just may die before I lose my 5 lbs..LOL

Im 5'3 and currently 118lbs. Im shooting for 115. I figured those "trouble spots" probably weigh about 3 lbs or so..LOL

ok..there are days my hiney hurts or I can "feel it" in my legs...... but nothing major where I can't move. Not that I want to hurt myself, but Im just realizing that maybe Im not pushing as hard as I should be!!

I think I may need to add more songs to my Ipod too..im starting to get bored of the same old songs... Any suggestions would be appreciated :wink:

I understand exactly what you are going through. Because you don't have alot to lose, it will be more difficult to lose. I have been on this website for quite a while reading all of these wonderful success stories on how people are losing 10 lbs a week...WHAT????? Ive been doing this for 4 months and have lost only 13…

CONGRATS!! Im so jealous! I just started to be able to"jog" for 3 minutes....NOT 3 MILES...just minutes. So sad, but I will eventually get there. (hopefully) GOOD FOR YOU!!

Ohhh..I forgot to mention there is a Subway, Chinese Restaurant and a Bar in the same plaza as my gym too......HOLY COW!! Talk about will power. I just drive with my eyes closed and hold my breath :tongue:

My gym is next to an Italian Restaurant/Pizza....as soon as I open the car door to go into the gym, I can smell the pizza...UGH....THEN....when I open the door to leave the gym, I CAN SMELL THE PIZZA. Talk about Cruel!!!!:noway:

That's what happened to me. Breastfeeding my son screwed them up. Deflated balloons...now that Ive lost weight, they are even more deflated. Hopefully you have better luck:flowerforyou:

I haven't gotten the book or read into it yet, but Im going to "try" and start EATING CLEAN....so Im not sure if there is a bread out there that fits in that category... Thanks for the suggestions. I think I may head to Trader Joes...forgot about that place :tongue:
