    Half chicken breast, topped with italian breadcrumbs and fresh herbs :heart:
    Asparagus, mushrooms, orange pepper and red onion sauteed in a bit of ev olive oil

    And I've saved enough cals to enjoy a big feast of carrots/celery with home homemade hummus! Yum!

    mexican rice made out of minute brown rice/ picante sauce
    avacado, cheese, tomatoe for topping
    and maybe some canned pinto beans for fiber.

    My dinner is pretty sad compared to all this great food. I had a fried egg sandwhich on an english muffin. :embarassed:

    WOW - everyone eats such good food! I eat lean cuisines ALL the time- thats it! thought that was the only way I could really eat three meals without going over my calories. I also hate to shop and do dishes and cook- but I am very impressed!
