One A Day Food Pyramid Challenge! Tuesday- (6 servings of whole grains)= 19 I like those Belvita cookie/cracker things. There are like 4 in a packet and they are very filling, you can find them everywhere, cost about $4 and sometimes I can only eat 2. HTH

I too agree....I thought my mind was just working aganist me. I would leave work for lunch wanting a burger and fries and I would end up at Subway getting a salad.... So I really understand when they say this is a LIFESTYLE change, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
