Ok--one of THE most romantic things my husband did for our anniversary was pull out a list of 26 things he loved about me--each thing began with a letter of the alphabet. While we were dining he worked his way through the alphabet...I cried. Free and classy!

Won't be mushy cuz it's not cooked. This is very common in Europe-called muesli & is divine! Try with sliced strawberries, a few toasted pecans and a few raisins. yuuuuuummmmyyy!

Pop in a workout video and commit to just 5 min of working out. If you can get yourself to do this you will always succeed-5 min is better than nothing-win! More often than not if you do 5 min you'll want to do more-win again!

I feel recharged already! I suffer from the same late day munchies and someone on this site gave me GREAT advice. Exercise after you get home from work, school or wherever! It suppresses your appetite, and gives you a boost of endorphins & energy that your body might be craving at that later hour. It has really worked for me!

I am like you! I actually hate to sweat-ha! I have found success with doing Leslie Sansone's walking videos-she is very motivating, positive and real! The workout is as intense as you decide you want it to be!
