I reached the 100lbs loss mark!!! I started in Dec 2008. Still have about 30 more pounds till I reach my goal. Hard work sure pays off!!!

    Thanks everyone. I am rewarding myself with a day at the spa with some friends. Plus bought some new clothes and a dress for the first time in 10yrs, LOL.

    Yes my weight loss is going to be permanent. I don't miss any of the foods I used to eat and have no cravings for them either. The way I eat now is for the rest of my life and I enjoy the foods I eat now!!! Thanks everyone for the kind comments!! :smile: :smile:
