Here I was at my heaviest (172) and then me at my new weight of 119. 53 lbs lost since September! I am now maintaining my weight. I love MFP!!!

    My story....well really I just stopped drinking Dr. Pepper, started using this site, and started exercising. I was eating 1200 calories a day and exercising about 4-5 days a week using my elliptical. Now I eat 1740 calories a day and pretty much stopped exercising, even though I want to get back in the habit because I am wanting to tone my body now. It may seem hard, but you can do it!!!
