Exersise hard eat your calories and get plenty of sleep.it is possible but don't give up if one week you done lose. Keep the faith and it will come off :-)

I had the same problem put on 3st in 4 months .went to doctor and I had an under active thyroid.once staring medication weight started to come off.now . Glad you put this post on.i was about to do the same.im a shortie as well .i lost 4lb in the beginning and put it back on.hope you get some great feed back that we can share :-) keep going it will come off,that's what I keep saying.ive been on here 3 weeks now and not giving up.maybe we can go through this together

I am an insomniac also but I live in Spain.so the time difference means when we awake the other one is lol
