What is insanity? A lot of people talk about it on here .how do I get to do it.is it a workout video or is it something at the gym?

    Check out the link above for information, and look up some Insanity transformation videos on YouTube. I'm currently doing the program and I'm loving/hating it haha (by that I mean I'm looking forward to the results but it's extremely tough). It's a DVD series that is done all in the comfort of your own home.

    Thanks I will check it out.i can only exersise at home as I am a full time carer.im lucky. I have a swimming pool to exersise in :-)
