That sounds perfect, love eating it with noodles!

I have lost weight three times throughout the last two years. Throughout these periods, I restarted more than 200 times, pretty much every day, and would fail at the end because I found it difficult to last one day. One week consistently logging in, and you are having a lot of an easier time just logging your food, and…

I unfortunately also gained too much weight back after a period of 'not fulfilling to what I thought was best', and suffer a lot to get back on track. It feels so 'loose' -for a lack of better words- when I try after breaking a 'streak', I honestly feel no motivation to continue the streak.

I would say, drop diet soda, but dont drop it completely. Same goes with every bad habit;learn to enjoy this stuff in moderation, is the habbit I would suggest. Dropping a thing completely might mean that if you would take it in by accident, or due to temptation, you might cave completely and consume the entire fridge of…

I agree with forigvensins, in that it really depends on your lifestyle. Lifestyle is, in my opinion, the core of the entire weight loss game. If you seek to live a more healthy lifestyle permanently, ditch the idea of cheating days;it will make it easier to maintain your weight loss later on.

Any advice what kind of shoes are recommended for me in this case? Any special brand? Any kind of much desired feature?

So, just to be sure, if I continue with doing SS, and stop doing the other 'accessory exercises' I did before, I will not lose strength in for example my biceps (since I don't isolate them any longer), as long as I try to reach the maximum weight with every thing.

15 reps each(except for the abs exercises, I try to get to 20 reps there)

To be honest, I wish I had done this years earlier(like, during high school). I know college is the time to start living life, but I can't help but think how much of a good last senior year at high school I had if I was already a bit better looking back then.

Thanks folks, I think I got it! I'll invest some time in learning how to start lifting compound lifts, and see where I'll end up ;) And yes, I think form is important to(to a point that I'm scared of having bad form). I'll focus more on form from now on, and less on having the hardest weights possible for now.
-
@Oddrums, you got it buddy @Tonystark, thanks dude. Helps having a more driven approach to it all ;)
-
So Iron Man, what you and the dude above are saying, is that I should keep eating at a deficit, until my body looks thin enough. Meanwhile, keep lifting 3 times a week?
-
Right, I got it. Will this be something like gaining muscle mass while losing fat at the same time?
-
Okay okay guys, I get it. Maybe I should have posed the question differently. It's not like I'm not trying (I have been doing this for quite a while now, but not very consistently). I'm asking whether you have some 'tips' (like pen and paper (which I didn't think of), taking pictures of labels, etc) to make logging easier…

Look guys, I appreciate the 'really? If you're serious...', but the stores that sell my products have products that often are not in the database(not US). I usually manually add the food, then log in on my app, and try to log the amount of stuff I can recall. That, plus I'm kind of lazy (I won't deny that ;) ),…

I need to lose about 15 pounds too. If you need another friend here, I'd gladly receive a friend request ;)

Seriously?! A boy can only dream :). Well, you got me motivated with that one. Let's hope so.

Hmm, I guess what you're saying is right too. I can't find a perfect plan :p But the plan I have, bulking followed by cutting the bodyfat away, what can I expect from my body and the fat around it? I know the Your Mileage May Vary saying, but is there something to keep me going? Will people perceive me as becoming fatter,…

I guess this link explains simply how it works http://training.fitness.com/weight-training/calorie-deficit-vs-calorie-surplus-23829.html Thanks AverageUkDude, jwdieter, and all you other dudes. Guess I need to get working here, and find some friends :)

Well guys, I think I have my plan. 1. Go to a gym three times a week(say Monday, Wednesday and Friday), and focus on lifting. I'll be using the Starting Strength/Rippletoe, and do everything the guide suggests: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224&page=1. 2. As for the diet, I will focus on gaining a half…

Allright, so 3 times a week to the gym. How about cardio? Should I do that in two of the 4 off days then?
-
Allright, so the next question is, how do I know that I'm lifting 'enough'. Obviously, I'm a newbie here, and am planning on going to the gym next week. If I can somehow convince myself to go 4 times a week to the gym, and 'clean bulk', I imagine that I would see some good right? But do I need to follow certain programs…
-
So how small a surplus are we talking about here? 200 cal max? How much weight a week is recommended for me to gain then, if I have spent the last year losing 20 lb (I had my ups and downs)?
-
Hold up, lifting. Okay, I'm definitely going to start lifting. But, the diet is the part that is confusing me. Some tell me that I should bulk, meaning I gain weight (and not even be sure if it is muscle I'm building, which could also be just fat coming back from what I lost). So you say, keep eating at a deficit(as a…

What do you mean, I don't remember having to pay to play online?

Everything I had hoped for, and then some. Thanks mate!

Best thing about MP, is the fact that people are actually working together(without mic). If you go solo, you either go as back-up with rifle, or you die. Love that.

So, you're saying, that the body-weight exercises won't cut it alone? I either need to make it harder for myself, or start using equipment?
