Opinion on this split schedule?

Hello lads,
I'm new to the lifting scene, but have tried some things (mostly machines). However, I wanted to try something new: a split schedule, spread over 3 days.
I found this one, and am enjoying the exercises mostly. However, I hate that thought in the back of my mind that the schedule is somehow not 'valid' or not training 'enough'.
What do you guys think of the training schedule?

it seems like a pretty standard three day split..
how many reps are you doing on each set?
The friday workout seems a little volume heavy to me….0 -
15 reps each(except for the abs exercises, I try to get to 20 reps there)0
