Haha My dad used to tell me it was my German coming out when I'd get red faced when exerted. I get super red and I sweat like crazy. I always notice the really attractive guys come into the gym after I've finished my workout and I look like a sweaty mess instead of when i first get there and look presentable.

I have a big blotter sized calender with workouts and dance practice written in bright colors. It is hanging where my purse and gym bag hang so I can see it every day when I leave for work or go out of the house. I have a cork board by my bed and every workout gets pinned on it so I can take stock at the end of the week.

I pretty much retain water like a sponge the week prior and week of. I've been off so it's hard to gauge when it's going to hit. One month I'm a week early. The next I'm a week late. And I will eat anything you put in front of me, especially salty then sweet.

I like Oikos more than Chiboni, though the mango Chiboni is really good. I generally don't like the fruit on the bottom of any kind of yogurt, but that's just me. I prefer to just get plain or vanilla and add my own. I do like vanilla greek yogurt with granola or even with the Vanilla Almond Special K.
