I had tandoori chicken last time I went out for Indian- it says 390 calories for half a chicken on MFP which I thought was OK for a meal out- it was very tasty too I might add :)

30 Day Shred is a great introduction. Its only 25 minutes long and I found that I noticed a difference in my endurance quickly.

Day 10 done for me as well, bring on Level 2 :)

Day 8 Lvl 1 done ! I have also joined those of us who are experiencing great progress in push ups. On day 1 I really struggled with any push ups on my knees and think I got to about 10 in each set, by day 5 I was able to do 15 and today I was able to do 5 on my toes. Also my muscle percentage went from 27 to 30 last week :)

I did day 2 LV1 today much to the dismay of my legs which did not enjoy it at all! I am finding it really challenging and can only hope Jillian is not lying about it getting easier, I don't trust her yet because she hurts me :P

I did my first day this morning and its my first time- I think I am really unfit as I found it so challenging!! I know I am going to be in a world of pain tomorrow- any tips on how to cope with the pain on day 2??
